MARVELOUS MONDAYS AT SHELLY'S IMAGES

I just LOVE Mondays at Shelly's Images because this is the day Iget to showcase something FAB and funky that is in the SI STORE!

Today I'd like to share with you that the Shelly's Images PANSIES digital stamp is available at discounted price - for one day only!

This is what I made with that beautiful image ... so after you check out what I have created with today's featured digi below, be sure to head over to the SI STORE for a look! You'll be so glad you did!

I couldn't find my tutorial I had saved for a twisted easel card, so I thought .."Jen, wing it - be wise -- improvise" and that is what I did!

I started off by colouring the image using coloured pencils and OMS, and then stuck it onto a really pretty frame that was part of a ((ugh)) factory-made card. I then cut the cardstock for the twisted easel to fit the frame, and embossed & folded it as best as I remembered how. I added some self-adhesive cellphone embellishment rhinestones (the kind that come already on adhered to each other, side by side) to the frame. The base of the card I embellished with a sheet of lilac cardstock. The corner punch is one of my new Nellie's Choice dies (first time using this one), to which I added a couple of rhinestones. A sticker from a thrift shop scrapbooking pack and a lilac satin ribbon complete the card.

Thanks for looking, and before I allow you to leave my page, I'd like to share some useful links with you :
